Produce Market

Our Produce Market is held every Saturday morning, from 9am-12pm, with free entry. Instead of a restaurant breakfast service, our new Saturday Market Kitchen serves takeaway breakfast from the shipping container. Our usual lunch service in the Carnation House starts at 12.30pm.
Start your weekend with a flatbread filled with dry cured bacon, fried egg or parsley and garlic oyster mushrooms; hazelnut granola and poached rhubarb yoghurt pot or chocolate banana bread and maple butter, plus hot and cold drinks.

Every weekend : Water Lane Produce Stand : fresh homegrown vegetables, salad leaves and homemade preserves, pies and pastries plus produce from other local Kent and Sussex farms. We will have bread and pastries from Halstead Bakery for sale. LAM : pasture-raised meat from the Kent North Downs, honey and proper free-range eggs. First Saturday : Zak's Kombucha : sparkling fermented tea with seasonal flavours from Wye. Nightingale Cider : award winning cider from Tenterden. Second Saturday : Basil's Fungi Farm : unusual mushrooms from Hastings. Fourth Saturday : Ellie's Dairy : goat milk, goat cheese and goat meat from North Downs. Basils Fungi Farm.
