Instructions for use:
Refrigerate to add a cooling sensation or microwave for 15 seconds to use as heat pack & soothe cramps or muscle aches. Sprinkle with water before heating.
How to look after your pillow:
Remove pillow case. Machine wash in cold water with like colours. Tumble dry on low. Store in a cool, dry place.
