Wood Fired Hot Sauce

Made in our kitchen here at Water Lane, using our portugese wood fired oven. We serve it in our filled breakfast flatbread sandwiches.

• Made at Water Lane in small batches.
• 190g min net weight.
• Once opened keep refrigerated and use within one month.
• Tip: give the jar a good shake before use. 

Ingredients:

Tomatoes, peppers, garlic, chillies, rapeseed oil, vinegar (sulphites), gluten free soy sauce (Soy bean), maple syrup, herbs, spices, salt. (suitable for vegetarians and vegans). Allergens listed in BOLD.
