Shipping policy

Your order will be sent to the address you have entered under ‘shipping address.’ Please ensure that your address is inputted correctly before placing your order. We will try our best to spot mistakes, but we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels due to address errors.

When ordering through our online store please note the following:

At present we offer a Standard Delivery Service via Royal Mail to Mainland UK only.

We are not able to deliver to Northern Ireland or Scottish Highlands and Islands at this point in time.

Nor do we offer a Worldwide service just yet.

Standard Delivery costs £4.95 for all orders. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and take between 1 to 3 working days to arrive from despatch.

Please note when placing orders on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, the earliest processing of the order will take place on the Wednesday following and will ship either on that Wednesday or Thursday morning.

All orders shipped by Royal Mail require a signature on receipt, unless specified otherwise. Once shipped, you will be sent your tracking number and you will be updated on your parcel's progress by either text or email. You will also be able to manage your delivery, including requests to leave parcels in a safe place/ with a neighbour and to arrange re-delivery.

Store Pick up is available Wednesday to Sunday. Please await email confirmation that your order is ready, before coming to collect.
