Cherry Plum Jam

This brightly coloured early plum variety makes for a great preserve. Easy to set with a little homemade apple pectin stock and fresh lemon juice, for great flavour and a deep cherry colour.

• Made at Water Lane in small batches.
• 220g min net weight.
• 56g of fruit to 100g, total sugar content 60%
• Once opened keep refrigerated and use within one month.
