Our classic marmalade recipe that we cook with some cinnamon bark, star anise and allspice berries. Once set, we add a large shot of Cointreau for warmth and an amplification of the orange notes
- Made at Water Lane in small batches.
- 300g min net weight.
- Once opened keep refrigerated and use within one month.
