Christmas Marmalade: 300g Seville orange, sugar, Cointreau, cinnamon, star anise, allspice

Crab Apple Jelly: 175g Crab apples, herbs, garlic, vinegar (sulphites), sugar

Piccalilli: 275g Cauliflower, cucumber, carrot, onion, vinegar (sulphites), sugar, cornflour, turmeric, mustard, cumin, corriander, chilli, salt

Damson Jam: 220g Damson, sugar, lemon (May contain stones)
