Onion Marmalade

We finely slice the onion and salt them. After rinsing, they are added to a spice sugar syrup and start their long cook on the stove top. Once reduced to deliciously thick marmalade, we add the onion seeds to add the last layer of flavour. Impossibly good with grilled goat’s cheese.

• 220g min net weight.
  
• Once opened keep refrigerated and use within one month.
