We didn’t mess with this classic preserve. Cauliflower, cucumber, red onion and carrots are the vegetables that are wrapped in a spiced mustard & turmeric sauce with a pinch of chilli flakes. Delicious with hand-carved ham or hard cheeses over the holidays and beyond.
