The cucumbers are cut lengthways and salted to draw out the moisture and enhance flavour. The next day, the salt is washed off. The cucumbers are cooked briefly in pickling stock and the potted. Best served with cured fish or in a burger of your choice.

- Once opened keep refrigerated and use within one month.
