Seville Orange Marmalade

Our most popular and best-selling preserve by quite some distance. We use the whole fruit method. We cook the fruit whole and leave it to cool. It’s then halved and the flesh removed. The skins are hand-sliced and reunited with the flesh (less the pips). A blend of sugar is added and brought slowly to a gentle boil until the setting point has been reached.

• 330g min net weight
• 56g of fruit to 100g, total sugar content 60%
• Once opened keep refrigerated and use within one month.
